What types of cold storage do you build?
We build: Chilled rooms (+2 to +8°C) for dairy/fresh produce, Freezer rooms (-18 to -25°C) for frozen food, Deep freezers (-35 to -40°C) for ice cream/seafood, Ripening chambers for fruits, and Blast freezers for rapid cooling.
What panel thickness is recommended?
Panel thickness depends on temperature: 80mm for +2 to +8°C, 100mm for -18 to -25°C, 150mm for -35°C and below. We use PIR panels for better thermal performance and fire safety.
How do you ensure energy efficiency?
Through optimized insulation (K-value 0.022 W/mK), efficient refrigeration systems (COP >2.5), LED lighting, VFD-driven compressors, and proper door management protocols to minimize air infiltration.
Do you provide refrigeration systems?
Yes. We provide complete refrigeration including compressors, condensers, evaporators, controls, and piping. We work with leading brands like Bitzer, Danfoss, and Kirloskar for reliable performance.
