Container Loading Guide for PUF Panel Export Shipments

Why Container Optimisation Matters

Landed cost per square metre depends heavily on how many panels fit in each container. PHOENIXX provides loading drawings before dispatch so buyers can plan site logistics and cranage.

Typical Capacity

  • 40ft HC container: 800–1,200 sqm of 50mm wall panels (profile dependent)
  • 40ft HC: 900–1,100 sqm of 40mm flat-pack panels
  • Long roofing panels (12m+): open-top or flat-rack containers

Packaging Standards

Vertical stacking with interleaving, HDPE edge guards, steel strapping, and moisture-resistant wrapping. Silica gel packs for tropical transit routes. Fire-rated panels include MSDS and test certificates attached to container documentation.
